The Minor Basilica of the Holy Child of Cebu, commonly known as Basilica del Santo Niño, is one of the oldest Roman Catholic churches in the Philippines. It is famous for housing the oldest religious relic in the country, an image of the Santo Niño (Child Jesus), which was brought by Spanish explorers in the 16th century. The basilica is a significant religious and cultural landmark and attracts numerous pilgrims and tourists, especially during the annual Sinulog Festival.
